I've tried several different screensavers, as well as different wait times, but the screensaver never comes on. Registry settings enforced under User>Preferences>Windows>Registry, setting the keys 'ScreenSaveActive'=1, 'ScreenSaverIsSecure'=1, 'ScreenSaveTimeOut'=however many seconds. I'm having the same issue - the screensaver won't start on my streambar. Policy settings are under User>Policy>Admin>Control Panel, setting the 'Enable Screensaver', 'Password Protect' and 'Screensaver Timeout' options.
